Let's get prepping!

My main goals in a meal prepping session will be to help participants understand volume vs weight, what macros are and how to count them, how to balance your macros to reach you caloric goals, and how to portion meals for our pouches. We will prepare a simple meal together and walk through the stages of creating a complete prep. 

Once you register below, you will receive a confirmation email. Included in the email will be a grocery list and a zoom link to your session, and a list of ingredients needed for the class.
