There’s so much conflicting information surrounding what type of exercise we should be doing as we’re on our transformation journeys. It can be so confusing! I’ve spent years studying the research, attending camps and classes, and seeking out amazing mentors who have taught me what really works. 

I can’t wait to finally share with you all that I’ve learned!

This class is about making all the information crystal clear so you can create a personalized exercise program that you enjoy, can maintain, and - most importantly - helps you lose weight so you can have the healthy and strong body that you’ve always wanted and truly deserve. 

This is a beginner-level class where you will:

  • Learn the basic terminology commonly used for exercise and weight loss. 

  • Gain a basic understanding of muscle groups. 

  • Create a list of the best exercises for each muscle group. 

  • Learn how to modify exercises to match your current comfort level and ability.  

  • Discover the important role muscle plays in the fat loss process.

  • Learn how body composition impacts metabolism. 

  • Confidently develop your own routine - at-home or in the gym - to help you start burning fat effectively and efficiently.

This class is going to be so much fun! And, it’s going to feel so good to finally understand exactly what to do and how to do it.
